Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where Your Order Ships From
Our titles are shipped directly by our distribution partner in the United States. Orders are not routed through our Quebec mailing address.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship with USPS, Canada Post, and other trusted carriers.

- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days, depending on customs clearance

We ship only to Canada and the United States at this time. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
United States: orders over $75 USD ship free. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Canada: orders ship at tracked cross-border rates starting at $19.95 USD, calculated at checkout based on package weight. Free shipping is not available on Canadian orders at this time.

All prices and thresholds on this store are in US dollars.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website or from your order confirmation page.

Customs and Duties
Orders delivered to Canada cross the border from the United States. Any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless collected at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at info@seekersandsages.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your items are replaced or refunded.
